Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of smash.am (“Smash”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Smash, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Smash is a personal goals app that helps you track goals, show up consistently, log progress, and reflect. Features may change over time as we improve the product. We try to keep Smash available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Smash for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in Smash (goals, logs, notes, and similar data). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service — including AI-powered features you choose to use.

AI features

Some features use automated systems to generate suggestions, coaching, or summaries. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for personal productivity only — not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment.

Termination

You may stop using Smash at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may contact us to request account deletion.

Disclaimers

Smash is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or meet every expectation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smash and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
